Our Process

Although every company is different, our process has served us well across different organizations.

1. Discovery

The first step of our process is to listen and observe. We clarify your goals and objectives. Also, we review competitor websites and your industry to ensure your strategic position.

2. Planning

We review your project requirements along with the information gathered in our discovery phase to assemble the design strategy.

This collected information becomes the Strategic Site Design Recommendation Document which will drive all subsequent design and development decisions.

3. Design

Here we begin to establish the framework for your site. During this phase you begin to see things: wireframes, mockups, prototypes…the fun stuff.

This step never comes soon enough for our favorite ADD-type CEOs.

4. Development

Now that the framework is complete, we begin to build your website using XHTML, CSS, PHP, .net and other web development languages.

5. Test & Deploy

Products go through the QA wringer before being released to production or handed off to our client’s internal IT departments. As we like to say, “We find our clients’ mistakes, they don’t find ours.”

Once approved, we launch your project (or hand it over to your internal IT group) and continue to test to make sure everything is running according to plan.

6. Nurture

No red-headed step children here. If your project or website is left in our care we’ll continually evaluate performance, provide change management while keeping an eye on ROI.
